Volunteer with us!
Volunteers can help with different activities like collecting oral histories or digitizing materials we have been given for use in our study area and library.
You can support us with intergenerational learning opportunities for schools audiences or community groups – for example people who were involved in the struggle can share their lived experiences, and anyone is welcome to help support our events team during public facing events.
Here are some examples of the ways you can volunteer for the Centre for Memory and Learning:
– Collecting oral histories and stories from local activists,
– Sharing lived-experience
– Digitising materials – photographing, scanning or transcribing audio,
– Supporting Front of House at events,
– Carrying out research and/or contributing guest blogs,
– General Volunteering (with contributions as mutually agreed)
